Rabbits and Squirrels Are Safe After Skinning

If you've been throwing away rabbits and squirrels because of bodily infestation, you've been needlessly following away good meat.

So sure Dr. Henry Mealy, director of the Co-operative Wildlife Research unit at W.P.I. The body is disposed of when the animal is shinked, and does not affect the meat. Dr. Mealy says:

Long after American mahogany had become well established in the British Isles and in North America, it was found on the west coast of Africa. It was discovered in 1770 by a French botanist and named Bathemis senegalensis in 1850 another French botanist, Jeanine, prepared the name Khaya for African mahogany. It did not become an important wood of commerce until the first quarter of the 19th century and its principal exploitation has been during the present century.
